With a Shore hardness of 15C, this super-soft grade delivers exceptional vibration damping, tactile comfort, and skin-friendly resilience. Softness with purpose
RE ZRO® Super-Soft TPE is not a gel and not a silicone substitute in the traditional sense. It is advanced polymer engineering tuned for feel, elasticity, and lifecycle responsibility.
Unlike conventional silicone or gel materials, which can be difficult to recycle and may degrade under repeated stress, RE ZRO® Super-Soft TPE maintains its elasticity and damping behaviour through ongoing compression and recovery cycles. As with other materials in the RE ZRO® platform, the polymer is enhanced with TOTO-TOA® technology to support biodegradation in anaerobic landfill environments, strengthening the material’s end-of-life pathway alongside its recyclability.
