Precision impact protection for FDM 3D printing
RE ZRO®, the British materials brand specialising in next-generation impact protection, introduces a new range of Impact-Grade TPE Filaments for FDM 3D printing, developed in collaboration with TOTO-TOA®. Engineered for precision and performance, the range enables designers and engineers to produce high-quality, impact-absorbing components using standard FDM 3D printing technology.
The new filament line delivers a considered balance of flexibility, durability and sustainability, bringing RE ZRO®’s proven impact-grade TPE into additive manufacturing. Designed for functional applications, the material supports the production of real protection components where energy absorption and mechanical reliability are critical.

Each Shore variant offers the same RE ZRO® flexibility and impact behaviour, allowing engineers to tune performance depending on application requirements, from softer, adaptive structures to more supportive protective elements.

Impact protection, printed
While many 3D printing filaments focus on rigidity or surface finish, RE ZRO® Impact-Grade TPE Filaments are formulated specifically for functional performance.
